Although a report from former Seahawks fullback Michael Robinson surfaced recently that running back Marshawn Lynch is considering retirement, general manager John Schneider told reporters during his Thursday combine press conference that he has not received any indications of Lynch hanging it up this offseason.
“Everyone needs some time away, a little time for reset,” Schneider said.
Lynch is due a base salary of $5 million in 2015. He rushed for 1,306 yards, and set career highs in rushing touchdowns (13) and receiving yards (367) in 2014.
