The US Men’s National Team will take on Ecuador tomorrow night in the quarterfinals of the Copa America Centenario. The match is scheduled to be played at Century Link field and the team is in town in advance of the game. They had some time to kill yesterday so they decided to check out the Seahawks practice.

The US team then decided to show off their football skills and Graham Zusi showcased his arm.

Pretty solid arm there for the midfielder hitting defender Steven Birnbaum on a 20-yard flag route to the corner of the end zone. Then, as usually is the case when soccer players meet athletes from other sports, the guys joined together to show off their juggling skills.

And of course, the teams exchanged jerseys with Jermaine Jones and Russell Wilson posing for a pic in each other’s unis.

The USA-Ecuador match is set for 6:30 pm PT and can be seen on Fox Sports 1.
