Russell Wilson Leaves Game After Suffering Scary-Looking Leg Injury

Bryan Altman

While the Seahawks look poised to win big against the San Francisco 49ers, that win might just come at a high cost.

In the third quarter Russell Wilson was taken down while scrambling outside the pocket by 49ers linebacker Eli Harold. Harold hauled him down and Wilson’s leg got trapped underneath Harold in the process of the tackle, causing Wilson’s leg to bend in an unnatural direction to say the very least.

Wilson was taken out of the game and ruled out for the rest of the contest.

Wilson was spotted on the sideline walking around with a noticeable limp while wearing a brace on his left knee.

He finished the game 15/23 for 243 yards, 1 TD and with a 114.94 QB rating
