Sometimes it’s good to break away from tradition, even on Christmas. The holidays are a wonderful time, but they can also come with a lot of extra stress. Celebrating the family meal can be just as special at restaurant. Sure, it will be probably be more expensive, but on the plus side, there is nothing to prepare for your guests, you’ll get a delicious meal and no dishes to clean. Just be sure to give your waiter an extra nice tip. Here are five of the best locations creating specials meals for the special occasion and all are taking reservations now:

BluWater Bistro

The BluWater Bistro will be decorated for Christmas like you’d like your home to be decorated if you had time with trees, special lighting and a warm fireplace. Relax in the high back booths and comfortable surroundings. The bistro will be open from noon to 9 p.m. on Christmas and features a three course set holiday meal menu that includes salad or soup, a choice of two of prime rib, turkey or holiday ham with all the trimmings and of course, pumpkin pie for dessert. If that doesn’t suit you, they are also offering a limited dinner menu as well.

While the weather outside might be frightful, you can expect everything to be delightful at Urbane this Christmas who will be serving both a Christmas brunch and dinner offerings featuring the best Northwest cuisine complimented by specialty one-of-a-kind cocktails. In addition to a fantastic Christmas dinner, Jimmy’s on First is also offering a spectacular Christmas breakfast menu served from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the special day.
