Rainiers, River Cats Suspended In First Inning

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Tonight’s Tacoma Rainiers game against the Sacramento River Cats at Raley Field has been postponed due to rain in the bottom of the first inning. The game will be resumed on Saturday, July 8, with a first pitch time yet to be determined.

The Rainiers (0-0) and River Cats (0-0) next play tomorrow, Saturday, April 8. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. PT. Right-handed pitcher Chris Heston (0-0, -.–) is slated for the start for Tacoma.
