Brandon Wheat Kings
Seattle (9-10-2-1) returns home for six of its next seven games after a 2-4 road swing through the Eastern Conference. The trip started off well enough with a 6-2 win over Prince Albert, only to end with losses in four of the final five games.
Facing a team that it meets just one time per season, Seattle out-hustled and largely out-fought (both literally and figuratively) Brandon in front of 4,096 at the ShoWare Center.
Mumaugh, 17, is the younger of the two goalies. He’s played in eight games this season for the T-Birds, posting a .920 save percentage. Meanwhile, Justin Myles, has played in nine games and has posted a .905 save percentage.
