The Federal Aviation Administration has released a long-anticipated report that gives a green light to commercial passenger flights at Paine Field south of Everett.

Landslide Danger Increases In Region With Recent Rain

Forecasters say a half-inch to more than 2 inches of rain fell Monday night, adding to the 2 to 5 inches of rain that fell in the lowlands in the past week. The soaking has increased the landslide risk level to moderate.
