June 14 is a special day in America – it’s Flag Day, commemorating the adoption of the United States flag in 1777. A day to fly your American flag proudly. And it’s the US Army’s birthday – 237 years ago the Continental Army was formed, beginning a rich heritage of successfully defending this great country.
