Opa! A tradition since 1960, the St. Demetrios Greek Festival returns this year, September 21, 22 and 23 at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Seattle’s Montlake neighborhood.
Falafels are a delightful bite of crispy outside, hot and tender inside goodness. Whether they came from Europe or the Middle East, they are a Mediterranean wonder. Usually part of street food in big cities like New York, Seattle has their own spots for falafel goodness. And according to SeattleEater.com, there may be a Tom Douglas falafel restaurant in Seattle this fall.
Watch a film, celebrate culture, celebrate fall, or make your own blown glass project! What a wonderful weekend!
