From berries to blues, fairs to ’50s sock hops and lots more in between, there’s no slowing down when it comes to Summertime fun in WA! Here are some of our favorite adventures this weekend.
The Northwest has the ideal climate for growing lavender. This versatile, sweet smelling herb can be used for flower arrangements, cooking, perfumes, oils, and teas. It is a hardy NW plant that comes in many varieties and attracts butterflies to the garden. Hop in the car and celebrate lavender at one of these long standing festivals!
July 15 – 17, lavender will be all around in Sequim, WA as the Olympic Peninsula celebrates with the Sequim Lavender Farm Faire and the Sequim Lavender Festival. Farm tours, street fairs, music, demonstrations and more will fill your senses during this annual weekend of Clallam County fun!
