For eight-weeks each summer Seattle’s premier festival includes over 75 events and reaches nearly two million people. Now in its 63rd year, Seafair has been connecting and celebrating the community spirit of Greater Seattle. Here’s what’s happening July 1 – 7!
The nationally recognized and award-winning summer family festival is in Kent, just south of Seattle, July 12 – 15. The street fair alone is huge – over 600 vendors from around the country. Plus the largest parade in South King County!
Puget Sound is hopping this weekend with festivals celebrating cheese, Chinese culture and arts and crafts. Plus, the Seattle International Film Festival kicks off, and it’s Armed Services Day. There’s plenty to do in the Seattle area May 18 – 20. Don’t miss out.
From April 1 – 30, the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival will celebrate the beauty of daffodils, tulips and springtime. The bloom schedule is up to Mother Nature, but even now there are rows of yellow daffodils to see and fun activities for the whole month of April!
Arts and crafts, carnivals, airplanes, dragon parades and dragon boats make up some of the best of this weekend. Go get it!
