Huskies head football coach Chris Petersen has instituted change across all levels of the Washington football program since his hire in December. One such change has been a more stern player conduct policy. Petersen’s suspension of junior cornerback Marcus Peters for his sideline tantrum in the game against Eastern Washington was his eighth discipline in nine months.
Seniors Sean Parker, Greg Ducre, Will Shamburger, Tre Watson and Taz Stevenson all graduated. Another defensive back who saw significant playing time, freshman Cleveland Wallace, decided to leave the team.
