The 17th annual AJC Seattle Jewish Film Festival (SJFF), March 15 – 25, is a 10-day international cinematic exploration and celebration of Jewish life, global cultures, identity, history and filmmaking for everyone.
“On the Ice” is a thriller filmed in Barrow, Alaska, in 2010 with novice Inupiat actors. The 2011 Sundance Film festival entry will make its theatrical premiere Friday in New York and the Alaska cities of Anchorage and Fairbanks. It debuts in Seattle on Friday, March 2.
Actor Gary Oldman will be in Seattle on Sunday, December 11 for a showing of his latest film Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy at the SIFF Cinema at the Uptown, and you are welcome to join him!
