Bruce Springsteen and Coldplay’s Chris Martin took the place of Bono at a concert Monday night in Times Square.
The company announced Thursday it would give five cents to the Global Fund of the RED foundation for each hand-crafted drink it sells on Saturday, December 1 in the United States and Canada for World AIDS Day.
World AIDS Day has been observed every year on December 1 since 1987. Between 2011 and 2015 the theme is “Getting to Zero”, according to the World Health Organization.
