REPORT: WSDOT Didn’t Flag Caution On Skagit River Bridge

Collapsed I-5 Skagit River Bridge To Reopen Wednesday

‘Towel Man’ Wanders Down SR 520

Earlier this morning WSDOT (Washington State Department of Transportation) tweeted that a man was caught on one of its cameras strolling down the side of State Route 520 with only a towel on. He was spotted near Bellevue Way Tuesday afternoon, but no police officers or WSDOT workers could locate him once he left the sight of the camera.
