Seattle’s best DJs churn out a variety of different sounds for their audiences, including house, electro house, techno, drum and bass, progressive and trance. Donald Glaude

Tacoma, WA native Donald Glaude is a house and progressive house DJ, remixer and all around music artist. Along with his friend and fellow disc-jockey, DJ Dan, Donald Glaude emerged during the Seattle rave scene back in the 1990s and built a following by spinning frequently at clubs around Seattle. Donald can currently be seen performing his sets all around the country, and in Seattle you can catch him at See Sound Lounge, Neumos, The Last Supper Club and Studio Seven. DJ Eva is best known for her love of electronica and tech house styles of music, and her mixes are nothing short of brilliant. Eva hails from the Seattle area and helped mold the club scene in the Pacific Northwest. However, she’s widely recognized throughout the United States and in Canada, Europe, South America and Asia. Favorite Seattle clubs where Eva still likes to DJ include HG Lodge, Club Sur, Rebar, See Sound Lounge, The Last Supper Club, and Trinity Night Club. Eva’s love for DJing led to her creating her own music-publishing and production agency, Stay Gold Entertainment.

Known as DJ Bass Craze, Joshua Schweigert is one of the most popular DJs in the Seattle dance club scene. He began his career a couple of years ago, bringing his influential style to Seattle clubs such as the See Sound Lounge, Contour Nightclub, Cobra Lounge, The Last Supper Club, and Trinity Night Club. Bass Craze is the resident DJ at the Contour Night Club every Wednesday, and at the Cobra Lounge on the second Friday of each month. Music styles Schweigert likes to focus on include drum and bass, progressive house, electro house and electronica.

Josh Quest

According to his webpage, DJ and producer Josh Quest is, “A force to reckon with.” He is originally from Seattle and produced his first record in 1998. He’s forged a path in the Seattle electronic dance music (EDM) scene, and has worked with a number of industry giants like Kaskade, A-Trak, Static Revenger, Funkagenda and many more. Quest is a resident DJ every Saturday, at The Last Supper Club in Seattle. He also frequently spins his electro house and tech house mixes at the Munch Bar, the Suite Lounge and the Mirror Night Club in Bellevue.

DJ Johnny Monsoon of Seattle spins what is known as trance – a melodic, progressive sound – that is not only said to be an enlightening kind of dance music, but euphoric, as well. Johnny shares his hour-long mixing sets at popular Seattle dance clubs like The Last Supper Club, Trinity Night Club, Contour Night Club, See Sound Lounge, and Dante’s Night Club in the U-District. He also DJs and performs for privately hosted party events aboard Seattle’s Islander Yacht. Monsoon will be appearing at Paradiso Festival at the Gorge Amphitheater in George, Washington, along with fellow Seattle DJ, Donald Glaude.
