Sway and Cake’s founder, Tamara Donaghy Kilburn, is a former stylist and designer who opened the store when she moved back to Seattle from New York City. There are to-die-for belts, beautiful earrings, unique necklaces and more to choose from. This Seattle retailer has online shopping available, making it a global presence as well as a local favorite.

Megs and Mo

Megs and Mo is an upscale resale boutique in Tacoma’s delightful Proctor District, next to Subway and Starbucks. Look for quality designer items at a fraction of the retail cost and consider putting your own items on consignment. Though Megs and Mo is a resale shop, it does feature new jewelry, scarves and candles. Jewelry offered is made by local designers. With many shops and restaurants making their home in the Proctor District, it is well worth a little trip south to Megs and Mo to scout out fresh summer jewelry and scarves, and maybe a designer handbag at a terrific price.
