Best Pop Dance Clubs In Seattle

Dance clubs can be found throughout the city of Seattle, but only a select few are considered the best when it comes to playing the latest in pop music and top 40 hits. If you’re looking for a fun night out, check out any of these Seattle night clubs that feature some of the best local DJs, plenty of drinks specials and spacious dance floors spanning multiple levels.

Trinity Nightclub

Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, Trinity Nightclub has been one of Seattle’s top dance clubs for almost a decade. This spacious venue features two floors, as well as three large individual rooms with DJs playing different styles of music. Going from room to room in the club makes you feel as though you’re visiting multiple nightclubs in one venue. It also has a VIP room that can be used for private parties or events. Every Friday night, Seattle’s radio station KISS 106.1 entertains the main room of the club, playing the best of pop and top 40 dance hits. On Fridays, there is no cover charge before 10 p.m. and on both Fridays and Saturdays, well drinks are only $1 from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The newly renovated Corbu Lounge is located in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Even though the club has changed its name and ownership, it is still the same Seattle staple that it’s always been, with two separate DJ rooms and two large dance floors. Every Saturday night, the Corbu Lounge features well-known area DJs that spin a mix of pop/top 40, house and disco music. On Sunday nights, put on your dancing shoes and prepare to salsa the night away to the Latin pop beats that fill the air.

The Baltic Room sits at the gateway between downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill. Top DJs spin all kinds of music, seven days a week, including pop, top 40, progressive and much more. Guests can dance the night away on the centrally located dance floor or from the upper-level VIP balcony area. The Baltic Room features three bar areas, comfortable booth seating and one of the best sound and visual systems in all of Seattle.

Foundation Nightclub

The Foundation Nightclub may be one of Seattle’s youngest dance venues, but it’s made quite an impression already. The club’s tagline is pretty memorable too: “This is Nightlife Re-imagined.” This is one club where you’ll be able to dance to almost every genre of music including pop and high-energy electronica, progressive, bass music and much more. Guests will also get to experience music spun by DJs known throughout the world, including Matt Lange, Above and Beyond, Cosmic Gate and Gabriel and Dresden.

Located near Pioneer Square, Club Contour is a smaller dance club venue. It’s open six days a week featuring a variety of popular music spun by some great local DJs. Club Contour is also open on the weekends for some after-hours dancing fun from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. that includes an after midnight food menu and the 6 a.m. alcohol repour. On Thursday nights, the club holds a weekly contest where local DJs can compete and show off their skills for a grand prize of $1,000. Add yourself to the Club Contour guest list and get in free before 11 p.m.
