The limited but fun menu includes ballpark cheese dogs, macaroni and cheese, mini-corn dogs, and the exotic-sounding nui nunui fries. This Seattle singles hotspot is open seven days a week, with Happy Hour from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The proclamation that there is “never a cover charge” (visible on their website) is one reason to consider checking out the Paragon Restaurant & Bar, although there are plenty of others. Patrons can be seated at the 30-foot-long bar or in cozy, plush booths and order from Paragon’s acclaimed menu of “old world cuisine with new world fusion.” The bar includes a wide selection of mixed drinks that are specially priced during their cleverly named Happy Hour – “TiniTime” – from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. There is live music five nights a week and a dj on Friday nights. Lunch is served Monday through Saturday, beginning at 11:30 a.m.; brunch is on Sunday, beginning at 10 a.m.; and dinner is served each night, beginning at 5 p.m.
