Weldon Barber Seattle
600 Stewart St.
Seattle, WA 98101
Weldon Barber in downtown Seattle was one of the first barbershops to experience a resurgence of requests for the traditional, straight razor shave method. Weldon Barber provides the benefits of an old-school shop combined with present-day amenities, including comfortable leather chairs, flat-screen TVS, complimentary beverages while you wait and a warm, inviting atmosphere. According to Weldon’s experienced staff, a straight razor shave offers many more benefits than a typical shave—it reduces the number of blemishes, improving the skin’s appearance and texture, and indulges the skin with quality men’s grooming products. And of course, there’s a hot towel treatment and relaxing scalp massage.
7912 Greenwood Ave. N.
Seattle, WA 98103
Valentine’s men’s grooming salon offers its customers two straight razor shave services dubbed the Seattle Shave and the Extravagant Shave. Each is considered a luxury service for men that starts with a hot towel treatment, which will help soften hair follicles on either the face or scalp. Next, an elite pre-shaving oil is applied to the skin and then a hot, lathery soap to soften the skin as it is being shaved. Precision blades are used for the closest shave possible and then a skin toner, youth serum and moisturizer are applied to maintain the skin’s smoothness and soft texture. Lastly, an ice towel is applied to the skin to invigorate and close pores. The Extravagant Shave service also includes a hand massage during your hot towel treatment and a facial or scalp massage after the shave is complete.
