The Tacoma Film Festival is an eight-day celebration of current independent film from around the globe that began in 2006. The primary focus of the festival is on art house, foreign language, independent, documentaries and numerous short films. We keep our format open and don’t decide ahead of time how many features, shorts or documentaries we will show. We simply search for the best quality and most interesting films, no matter what the type or length. If your film stands out, we’ll definitely find a spot for it in Tacoma.
