Voted the Pacific Northwest’s best triathlon and Seattle’s only Olympic challenge course! The 2012 Benaroya Research Institute Seafair Triathlon will splash into Seward Park on Sunday, July 22. Take advantage of a one-day only discounted registration starting Wednesday, February 8!

With nearly 2,000 participants expected, the event is one of the largest coed triathlons in the Northwest. The race will include Olympic challenge and sprint distance
courses, relay teams and a kids triathlon.

Discounted Registration is online for rom 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8. Register at Online registration will remain open through Thursday, July 19.

Adult Triathlon Information (minimum age is 13):

Olympic Challenge Course: 1-mile swim, 20-mile bike, 10K run.

Sprint Course: .5-mile swim, 12-mile bike, 5K run.

Relay Teams: 2-person and 3-person.

All participants will receive a Brooks podium technical race shirt and a finishers medal.

Kids Triathlon Information (minimum age is 6):

Kids can “tri”, too, on a fun, custom-designed course just for them!

Kids Beginner Course: 50 yard swim, 1 mile bike, .2 mile run.

Kids Intermediate Course: 100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, .5 mile run.

All participants will receive a race t-shirt and a finishers medal.
