In its 16th year, the Victorian Heritage Festival offers a variety of presentations and events ranging from fashion shows and tea to boxing. This year’s festival will include a beer hall with seating for prize fights and vintage firearms lectures. Join us for a celebration of the old that is new again – bringing together scholars, enthusiasts and curiosity-seekers from across the Pacific Northwest. Plus, 3 steam boats will be available for rides on the harbor, weather permitting.

Over 70 boats of every type and style will be brought to the docks especially for this FREE event, so you’ll want to wear your most comfortable boat shoes and be ready to stay all day at the ANACORTES BOAT SHOW! Established by a cooperative of Anacortes yacht brokers and dealers, there’s plenty of experience on hand to answer all of your questions as you walk the docks. A decidedly casual event, boaters from all over the United States and Canada make it a point to be at CAP SANTE MARINA each year to enjoy the boats, the scenery, and hopefully a little Northwest sunshine!

Trained volunteers will be at 24 “Whale Watching Spoken Here” sites, including Ilwaco, WA, to help visitors spot gray whales during the spring annual migration. The volunteers are on duty 10:00am – 1:00pm to help visitors see the marine animals and offer information about their migration.
