Three days packed full of Rhythm & Blues! The festival kicks off on Friday, July 20 with its early show in the beer garden at the Blues Ranch featuring Winthrop favorites Too Slim & the Taildraggers, the return of blues chanteuse Duffy Bishop and Spokane blues-funksters Big Mumbo in a special fundraising concert for The Cove Food Bank in Twisp, WA. Saturday and Sunday music starts at 11 am and runs until 2 am. It’s the 25th anniversary of Washington State’s largest and longest running blues festival.

This year’s theme is “Hats off to the Fair”! Come for the 3rd annual Washington State Tolbert Championship Chili cook-off on Saturday, July 21. Mechanical Bull Rides, Train Rides, Archery, Farm Maze, City Wide Garage Sale, Flea Market, kids’ activities, live entertainment, 10K and 5K fun runs, beer garden and much more!

Sequim Lavender Festival and Street Fair

There will be more than 120 juried arts and crafts booths at the Street Fair. The Street Fair includes specialty lavender products made by the members of the Sequim Lavender Growers Association. Fine unique arts and crafts made by artisans from the Olympic Peninsula and throughout the Northwest. The Food Court provides a great selection of Olympic Coast Cuisine and lavender themed foods. There’s fantastic FREE live musical entertainment and a very relaxing beer and wine garden featuring Sequim Lavender Festival’s very own Fine hand-crafted Lavender Wine and Ninkasi beer. There’s even an amazing Antique, Classic and Custom Car Show on Sunday, July 22.

Waucondas Fabulous 50’s Sock Hop & Car Show

Re-live the Fabulous 50’s and ‘Rock Around The Clock’ at the The Car Show will run from Noon until 5:00pm followed by the Sock Hop from 6:00pm until 11:00pm. Refeshments and Prizes! Come as you are or dress for the 50’s! Bring your steady Guy or Gal. Bring the neighbors, Bring the Kids and Grandma and Grandpa too. Admission is by donation at the door.

San Juan Island Lavender Festival

Tours and exhibits survey the entire process – from field to finished product during the 11th annual Lavender Festival. The fields are open for strolling, relaxing and breathtaking photo ops. The Cutting Field is open for visitors to harvest their own bouquets of certified organic lavender from the many varieties in bloom.
