Since 1978, Seattle has enjoyed the beautiful “Festival of Trees”, a display of beautifully decorated Christmas trees, each with its own unique theme and style.
You can see the trees displayed at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle starting at 12:00pm on Saturday, November 17 and continuing through Wednesday, November 28. A stroll through the trees marks the beginning of the holiday season for many local families. Each tree is dedicated to a courageous Seattle Children’s patient and is available for pre-purchase or bid! The 2012 trees are pictured on the Festival of Trees website. You may purchase a tree for $4,000 for your home or office. Each tree is valued at $2,000 and the difference is tax-deductible.READ MORE: Eviction Moratorium: What Happens To Renters When The CDC Ban Expires?
