Seattle’s Gingerbread Village
Tuesday, November 20 – Tuesday, January 1, 2013
Sheraton Seattle Hotel
1400 Sixth Avenue
Seattle, WA 98101

One of Seattle’s most beloved holiday traditions, the Gingerbread Village brings “Once Upon a Time” to life with far off places, princesses and princes, and magical castles. Local architecture firms and trade associations team up with the Sheraton’s culinary team and together donate more than 400 hours of experience to design, bake, and build the gingerbread masterpieces. 100% of the donations raised at the Gingerbread Village go directly to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. JDRF’s mission is to fund critically needed research for better treatments for people with diabetes and ultimately for a cure. Donations can be made at donation boxes near the displays in the Sheraton lobby, online and by texting JDRF5 to 20222 for a $5 donation.
