The romantic treats are part of the zoo’s excellent animal care program to help enrich the lives of the zoo’s animals, promote natural animal behavior, keep animals mentally stimulated and engage zoo visitors. Valentine’s Day Kids’ Dash

Kids ages 10 and under can participate in the FREE PCC Healthy Kids Little Heart Beet Run that takes place at 9:10am just before the main Valentine’s Day Dash 5K. All kids in this event will receive a free bib with the #1 to wear and a free ribbon when they cross the finish line. Parents complete an entry form for their kid online HERE or onsite at the event.
