On August 21st 1964, the Beatles flew from Los Angeles to Seattle and performed at Seattle Coliseum. Before the show, a press conference was held at the Edgewater Hotel. Following the press conference, each of the group were presented official certificates designating them honorary citizens of the state of Washington.
49 years later the cast and crew of Experience The Beatles with Rain entertained the local media with an acoustic set, including “Here Comes the Sun” from the 1969 Abbey Road album.
