TACOMA, Wash. — Single-game tickets for the Tacoma Rainiers seven-game opening homestand of the 2017 season will go on sale this Wednesday, Feb. 15 at 10 a.m. PT.

The El Paso Chihuahuas will visit Cheney Stadium from Tuesday, April 11 to Friday, April 14 in a rematch of last year’s Pacific Coast League playoff semifinal series. Next up will be the Albuquerque Isotopes, in town for a three-game series from Saturday, April 15 to Monday, April 17.

Tickets can be purchased at the Cheney Stadium Box Office — open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. — over the phone at 1-800-745-3000, or online at www.tacomarainiers.com.

The series will feature a slew of promotional nights and special events including Opening Night festivities, NW Brew Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, the first Friday Night Fireworks show of the season, and the season premiere of the Little Caesars Family Meal Deal on Saturday.

Single-game tickets for the remainder of the Rainiers 2017 season will be made available for purchase at the annual Preseason Party held at Cheney Stadium.

Still available in limited quantities are tickets to the 2017 CHI Franciscan Health Triple-A All-Star Game and Triple-A Home Run Derby set for Monday, July 10 and Wednesday, July 12, respectively. The greatest talents from the Pacific Coast League and International League will converge at Cheney Stadium for three days of festivities celebrating baseball and the city of Tacoma.

The Rainiers, defending champions of the PCL Pacific Northern Division, will once again be led by third-year manager Pat Listach after he guided the club to an 81-62 record in 2016 and finished second in PCL Manager of the Year voting.

The 2017 campaign will mark the 57th consecutive season of PCL baseball in Tacoma and the Rainiers 23rd year as the top affiliate of the Seattle Mariners.
