The two-hour class will begin with a tour of our factory and an explanation of how chocolate is made. After seeing how we make our many different types of candies, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own chocolate masterpieces! Participants will make their own chocolate mold, clusters, soft centers, rocky road, and even decorate a chocolate bar with piping and decorations. While your chocolates are drying we will take you on a tour of the chalet where our founder, Julius Boehm, lived. The class will finish off back in the kitchen to package your goodies – over 1 ½ pounds of chocolate (a $35.00 value).
