It is best known for its weird collection of strange toys, action figures, collectibles, trinkets, surplus items, souvenirs and candy. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind store that everyone needs to visit at least once. It opened in 1983 by Mark, the great-nephew of Archie McPhee, who passed through Seattle on his way from North Dakota to Asia with his jazz band. Champion is Seattle’s original party supply store. Since 1936, Champion has made sure to stay on top of trends and supplies for every holiday.
